documentation.\nKnowledge Transfer: Conduct end-user training and administrator knowledge-transfer sessions.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.\nAt least 2 years of experience in customer-facing consulting or managed services.\nSuccessfully delivered at least two end-to-end Exchange or Microsoft 365 migration projects.\nStrong working knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint Online.\nGood understanding of on-premises Active Directory, Exchange Server, and DNS.\nHands-on experience with PowerShell, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, and Entra modules.\nFamiliarity with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Quest, or native Microsoft migration tools.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar tools.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customer IT teams.\n\nCertifications: \nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102).\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).\nMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).\nMicrosoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401).\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessments and rollout.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.\nExperience supporting UAE government or semi-government customers.\nArabic language proficiency.\n\nCandidate Requirements: \nCurrently based in the UAE with a valid residence visa, or able to transfer the visa without delay.\nAvailable to join immediately or within 15 days.\nA valid UAE driving licence is preferred for customer site visits.\nWilling to work at customer premises and
