You'll guide installation teams, coordinate contractors, solve technical issues, and ensure that our machines and production systems are installed safely, correctly, and on schedule.\nThis role involves up to 90% international travel, primarily across Europe, with occasional assignments in other parts of the world. Installation assignments typically last 3 to 8 weeks.\nTo support your onboarding and development, you'll be based in Prague during your first year. During this time, you'll follow a structured onboarding and training program while joining customer site installations alongside experienced colleagues. As you gain experience, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and build the skills needed to manage installation projects independently.\nYour tasks\nSupervise the installation of Bühler machines and production solutions\nPlan and coordinate daily installation activities on customer sites\nGuide installation teams and contractors carrying out the work\nMonitor quality, safety, schedules, and site readiness\nSolve technical and organizational issues directly on-site\nKeep customers, project managers, and internal teams informed\nPrepare site reports and escalate risks or delays when needed The focus of this position is technical supervision and coordination. You'll guide the teams carrying out the installation rather than perform the installation work yourself.\nYour profile\nWe welcome both experienced installation professionals and candidates ready to progress from a practical technical role.\nYou may already supervise installations or commissioning activities. Alternatively, you may have experience as a Service Technician, Site Engineer, or in another technical on-site role and be ready to take on more responsibility.\nWhat matters most is your technical understanding, sound judgement on-site, willingness to travel, and ability to work effectively with customers and contractors.\nYou'll need:\nTechnical education or relevant practical technical experience\nGood technical and problem-solving skills\nConfidence communicating and coordinating with others\nCommunicative English (B2+)\nWillingness to travel internationally\nDriving licence New to installation management?
