Some of these benefits include:\nWeekly pay\nPaid vacation, sick days and holidays\nMedical, dental, vision insurance\n401K Retirement plan with company match\nTravel discounts on our branded properties\nCareer growth opportunities\nPay range: $63K - $68K\nRole:\nThe primary role of the Assistant General Manager is to assist the General Manager in providing leadership, guidance and support to the team, while fostering the Buffalo Lodging Associates (BLA) culture and values- Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Inclusive.\nResponsibilities & Duties:\nOversee the facility operations in the absence of the General Manager including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food and beverage and human resources.\nManage the front office operations and supervising directly the front desk and food and beverage staff.\n Resolve guest concerns while maintaining high franchise Guest Service scores.\nFoster a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.\nSupervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and coaching employees; planning, assigning, directing work, addressing complaints and resolving concerns.\nAdministrative tasks such as reporting, inventories, accounting processes and much more.\nWhat You Bring Us:\nTwo years related management experience, and hotel brand knowledge.\nExtensive experience with rooms, housekeeping and food and beverage.\nWorking knowledge of hotel operations - including security and safety programs, personnel (HR) relations, quality assurance programs, long range planning.\nBachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field;
