The supervisor is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions,ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store's financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks and Buffalo Lodging Associates guiding principles.\nResponsibilities include:\nGreeting guests and answer all questions about the menu.\nAccurate and prompt order taking.\nPrompt preparation of beverages in accordance with prescribed procedures and brand standards.\nPreparing checks and collect payment from guests in compliance with cash handling, credit card transactions, room charge processing and accounting policies and procedures.\nCleaning equipment and areas. Restocking service items\nAttending department meetings as scheduled.\nConsistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates.\nComply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures. \nSupervisory Duties Include- hiring, training scheduling, regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals\nDeveloping a positive, respectful, productive and professional work environment\nAny other tasks / duties as requested by management\nTypical Shifts: Various shifts operate from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
