Our thin film technologies are used in vacuum coating systems to make windows, smartphones, display screens, solar panels, automobile components, decorative hardware and more.\nGain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic Field Service team while building skills in customer support operations, technical documentation, training development, and process improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tools and resources that enhance service delivery, improve efficiency, and contribute to real business outcomes!\nYour tasks\nPlan, script, record, edit, and maintain instructional or training videos in collaboration with technical subject-matter experts.\nReview and improve manuals for clarity, structure, terminology, formatting, and overall usability.\nGather requirements, organize parts data, develop calculation logic, test outputs, document functionality, and maintain calculators.\nObserve and document processes, consult process owners, create and revise SOPs, and ensure safety, quality, and document-control requirements are met.\nMap workflows, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, analyze performance data, support improvement activities, help implement solutions, and monitor results. \nConduct workplace audits, coordinate 5S activities, develop visual controls, support employee training, assign improvement actions, and monitor results. \nYour profile\nActively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.\nMicrosoft Office experience is required, specifically Excel.\nBasic experience with video-editing software is helpful but not required.\nGood communication, creativity, and organizational skills.\nStrong writing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.\nComfortable working with numbers, data, and basic Excel formulas.\nGood writing, observation, organization, and teamwork skills.
