This position is responsible for delivering high-quality field service activities, supporting customers with technical expertise, and ensuring the reliable operation and performance of Bühler milling equipment while contributing to long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.\nYour tasks\nPerform retrofit activities, machine repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization on flour milling and grain processing equipment.\nService and maintain milling equipment including roller mills, plansifters, purifiers, bran finishers, impact detachers, scourers, separators, aspiration systems, sifters, conveyors and elevators.\nCarry out mechanical adjustments, alignment, calibration, wear part replacement and functional checks.\nDiagnose machine faults, process issues and operational inefficiencies.\nPrepare service reports, inspection reports and spare parts recommendations.\nProvide technical assistance, operator training and after-sales support.\nCoordinate with internal teams and customer maintenance teams during installation and commissioning.\nSupport installation, commissioning, modernization and retrofit projects.\nBuild strong customer relationships through professional technical support.\nIdentify after-sales opportunities including spare parts, upgrades and service contracts.\nEnsure compliance with Bühler safety standards and documentation requirements.\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nHigher technical education with Customer Service training is an added advantage.\nMinimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.\nFluent English communication skills.\nKnowledge of Arabic is an advantage.\nWillingness to travel within Egypt.\nExperience in pasta plants or grain processing industry.\nAbout us\nTwo billion people eat food every day that was produced with Bühler equipment.
