This position is responsible for providing remote and on-site support for Bühler equipment, production lines, and automation systems, ensuring inspections, maintenance, quality service, customer satisfaction, and accurate documentation.\nYour tasks\nPerform technical field service activities, including machine inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and machine control support.\nSupport customers remotely and on-site by consulting, troubleshooting, recommending products and services, and building strong customer relationships.\nParticipate in modernization and upgrade projects for machines, cells, production lines, and plants.\nPrepare detailed reports for customers and internal teams to support follow-up actions, service opportunities, parts, upgrades, and modifications.\nPromote Bühler's safety culture by conducting risk assessments, safety checks, and following all safety rules.\nSupport team development and service sales by providing technical input, coordinating complex maintenance work, supervising engineers, and training new field service engineers as experience grows.\nYour profile\nDiploma or certificate in electrical, mechanical, or process automation.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a service Engineer.\nFluent communication skill in English, French and Arabic language.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams.\nStrong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer focus.\nWillingness to travel and valid driver's license.\nIndustry equipment knowledge, and MS Office/SAP skills are preferred.\nAbout us\nTwo billion people eat food every day that was produced with Bühler equipment.
