If you're excited for uncapped growth potential with an innovative company taking a massive industry by storm, drop a resume with Buildforce!\nThis role has three components of pay:\nBase Salary: $85k-$110k (depending on experience level)\n\nCommission: Uncapped commission with accelerator past quota\n\nStock Options: Direct equity ownership in the business\n\nThis role is responsible for:\nDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in North Carolina, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.\n\nActing as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nPresenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.\n\nAttending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.\n\nMaintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in a CRM (Hubspot).\n\nCollaborating with the recruiting team to match the right candidates with client requirements.\n\nCollaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor-facing product.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field\n\nYou are intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix and probably have a local area code\n\nYou have a history of building successful relationships in previous sales roles\n\nYou are aligned with the six Buildforce Cultural Values (see at www.buildforce.com/about)\n\nYou are fearless and have a high tolerance for rejection\n\nYou have superior communication skills\n\nYou’re a creative, quick-thinking problem solver\n\nYou are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs like Hubspot\n\nBenefits & Perks\nTime Off & Holidays\n\nParental Leave Policy\n\n401(k) Plan\n\nHealthcare -
