Zowel technisch als niet-technisch.\n\nVerder herken je jezelf in meerdere van deze punten:\n\nJe denkt in systemen en trade-offs, niet in dogma’s\n\nJe bent hands-on en ondernemend\n\nJe werkt gestructureerd maar pragmatisch\n\nJe bent leergierig en volgt nieuwe technologieën actief op\n\nJe bent AI-savvy en ziet AI als een versneller, niet als hype\n\nJe voelt je comfortabel in een snel tempo en wisselende context\n\nTechnische affiniteit\n\nJe hoeft niet alles al perfect te kennen, maar je bent bekend met of nieuwsgierig naar tools en concepten zoals:\n\nAPI’s en integraties\n\nModerne frontend- en backend-architecturen (React, React Native, Typescript, Next.js, Supabase)\n\nAI-assisted development (bv.
