This includes integrating databases, orders, and communications, working with external loyalty systems, and automating promotional activities.\n\nLogistics & Delivery: Expanding platform capabilities through the development and integration of address-based courier delivery processes in collaboration with leading logistics and payment providers.\n\nE-commerce Architecture: Managing platform audit, optimization, and scaling projects to ensure stability during peak marketing loads.\n\nInformation Security: Coordinating initiatives to strengthen web infrastructure security, including protection against DDoS attacks and automated scanning, in collaboration with development teams and external auditors.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n1. Project Portfolio Management & Project Understanding\n\nUnderstand the goals, structure, and key processes of each project.\n\nUnderstand team responsibilities and their contribution to overall project objectives.\n\nIdentify dependencies between teams and tasks, assessing how delays in one area may affect other teams and overall project timelines.\n\nIdentify cross-team blockers, assess their impact, and coordinate actions to resolve them.\n\n2. Cross-functional Communication & Synchronization\n\nOrganize effective communication between teams and business stakeholders.\n\nAlign team plans, tasks, and priorities.\n\nEnsure a shared understanding of project goals, deadlines, and expected outcomes.\n\nCoordinate the resolution of conflicting issues.\n\nEnsure timely communication of changes, problems, risks, and team progress.\n\n3. Task Management & Execution Control\n\nClearly define tasks, including their objectives, expected outcomes, and responsible team members.\n\nMonitor task progress, deadlines, priorities, and dependencies.\n\nIdentify delays and blockers and coordinate their resolution.\n\nMaintain up-to-date information on task and project statuses.\n\n4. Project Documentation & Reporting\n\nDevelop and maintain a Project Roadmap, defining key milestones, timelines, and dependencies between teams.\n\nPrepare Project Status Reports covering project progress, current status, blockers, risks, and deviations from the plan.\n\nDocument Change Requests, assess their impact on tasks, timelines, and teams, and coordinate the approval process.\n\nCreate and maintain a Project Charter, outlining project objectives, scope, key milestones, stakeholders, and responsibilities.\n\n5.
