We’re building this practice alongside our team, in the open.\nWe look for collaborative, community-oriented team members who bring initiative, curiosity, and a genuine interest in figuring out how AI can make their work and their customers’ outcomes better.\nTHE ROLE\nThis is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, who presently reside in the US.There is a preference for candidates in states where we already have Builder Prime employees; California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Builder Prime has an office in the greater Denver metro area (Westminster) that some of the sales team works out of.\nOur implementation team facilitates smooth transitions for new customers by providing personalized implementation plans, technical configuration assistance, and comprehensive training to ensure effective software adoption and swift time to value.\nAs a member of the implementation team, you will lead implementations and drive strategic improvements to our implementation methodology. You'll serve as the escalation point for challenging technical configurations and will be instrumental in reducing our overall customer onboarding timeline.\nTHE DAY-TO-DAY\nAs an Implementation Project Manager at Builder Prime, you are responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve rapid time-to-value from our platform. This role reports directly to the Manager of Implementation and collaborates closely with Account Managers, Support, and Sales.\nDrive strategic initiatives to streamline implementation processes and reduce time-to-value\n\nManage implementations with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements\n\nLead kickoff calls to understand customer goals, timeline expectations, and success metrics\n\nConfigure the platform with custom templates, workflows, and settings specific to each customer's needs\n\nPrepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering system training as part of the Implementation process.\n\nTrack implementation milestones and manage customer expectations throughout the setup process\n\nIdentify and solve technical challenges that arise during implementation\n\nCoordinate with Account Managers for a smooth handoff once implementation is complete\n\nDocument customer workflows and configurations for future reference and support\n\nContinuously optimize implementation processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction\n\nAnalyze implementation data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements\n\nParticipate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer onboarding experience\n\nTHE MUST-HAVES\n3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles, preferably in SaaS or construction technology\n\nDemonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value for diverse customer workflows\n\nProven track record of reducing implementation timelines and improving customer satisfaction scores\n\nExperience with implementations involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations\n\nStrong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive process improvements\n\nExperience conducting engaging virtual training sessions\n\nStrong technical configuration skills with the ability to learn and master new software platforms quickly\n\nExcellent project management abilities with a track record of meeting implementation deadlines\n\nExceptional communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different learning styles\n\nTHE NICE-TO-HAVES\nKnowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.\n\nStrong understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes.\n\nTHE BENEFITS\nWhy You'll Love Working Here:\nExceptional Health Coverage - We cover 95% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees (Aetna & Guardian), plus 50% for dependents\n\nStrong Retirement Match - 401k with up to 4% company match that's immediately vested (no waiting period!)\n\nGenerous Time Off - 20 PTO days, 48 hours sick time, 9 paid holidays, plus a paid volunteer day to give back to your community\n\nAnnual International Retreat - All-expenses-paid company trip to connect with teammates in amazing destinations (This year we went to Cancun, Mexico!
