By understanding each customer’s workflows and business goals, the Customer Success Manager will help customers use Buildern effectively while identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and support continued growth.\nWhat you will do:\nTake ownership of the customer relationship after the sales process is completed, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success\nLead the onboarding process for new customers, including kickoff, platform configuration guidance, data preparation support, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption\nUnderstand each customer’s workflows and business needs, helping them configure Buildern effectively and achieve early value from the platform\nServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, maintaining regular communication and building strong long-term relationships\nMonitor customer health and engagement, proactively identifying risks and working with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued product adoption\nManage customer renewals and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the customer portfolio\nCollect and share customer feedback with Product, Support, and other internal teams to help improve the platform and customer experience\nWhat you will bring:\n2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role such as Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, Sales, or Customer Support\nExcellent written and spoken English (close to native level) with strong communication and presentation skills\nStrong customer relationship skills with the ability to guide customers through onboarding, training, and software adoption\nAbility to understand customer workflows and translate business needs into effective use of the platformExperience managing customer accounts, renewals, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities is a plus\n\nComfortable working with customer data preparation, imports (CSV/Excel), and basic troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with customer communication and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, or similar platforms\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts while collaborating with internal teams across time zones\nNice-to-haves\nExperience in Construction Trades.
