It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct & Portfolio Leadership\nOwn the Pyxis Logistics product portfolio strategy and roadmap.\nDefine and align long-term platform investments across legacy and next-generation cloud solutions.\nBalance customer commitments, technical debt reduction, cybersecurity, scalability, and innovation priorities.\nPartner with Product Management and Commercial teams to translate market needs into executable product strategies.\nLead annual strategic planning, roadmap reviews, and investment prioritization.\nCloud Transformation Leadership\nLead the development and commercialization of the next-generation cloud-based Pyxis Logistics platform.\nDrive adoption of modern software development practices including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud reliability engineering, and AI-enabled software development tools.\nEstablish architecture, scalability, cybersecurity, interoperability, and SaaS operational strategies.\nEnsure seamless migration paths for existing customers from legacy platforms to cloud-based solutions.\nProgram & Execution Leadership\nOwn overall program success, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and business outcomes.\nLead cross-functional Core Team members across R&D, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Service, Clinical, Cybersecurity, and Commercial functions.\nDrive decision making, issue resolution, and risk mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.\nEnsure product development phase deliverables, milestones, and gate readiness requirements are achieved.\nSustaining Engineering & Legacy Product Ownership\nOwn lifecycle management of the installed base of Pyxis Logistics products.\nPrioritize customer enhancements, defect remediation, cybersecurity updates, infrastructure modernization, and regulatory commitments.\nBalance sustaining investments against new product development priorities.\nLead field issue resolution and product health reviews to maintain customer satisfaction and business continuity.\nFinancial & Resource Management\nOwn product and program funding plans. Develop business cases and investment recommendations.\nManage portfolio budgets and resource allocations across strategic initiatives.\nEnsure cross-functional teams are appropriately staffed to meet product and business commitments.\nLeadership & Organizational Development\nBuild and lead high-performing, matrixed, cross-functional teams.\nFoster a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and customer focus.\nMentor technical and functional leaders.\nDrive organizational improvements that increase engineering productivity, quality, predictability, and time-to-market.\nSuccess Metrics\nSuccessful delivery of cloud-based Pyxis Logistics roadmap commitments.\nAchievement of portfolio revenue, customer adoption, and market growth objectives.\nPlatform reliability, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction outcomes.\nPredictable GPDS execution and milestone achievement.\nReduction of technical debt and improved development velocity.\nSuccessful migration of customers from legacy to cloud-based platforms.\nHigh employee engagement and cross-functional team effectiveness\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.\n10+ years of experience leading complex software products or platforms.\nExperience with cloud-native software products (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nDemonstrated leadership of large cross-functional product development teams.\nExperience with Agile, DevSecOps, software lifecycle management, and regulated product development.\nStrong business acumen with experience managing roadmaps, budgets, and portfolio investments.\nMedical device, healthcare software, healthcare IT, or regulated industry experience preferred.\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
