Builders Digital Experience, trading as BDX, is an American company that operates the digital marketing and listing platforms the new home construction industry depends on. It runs NewHomeSource and Homes.com's new construction listings, supplies home builders with websites, floor plan visualisation and lead generation, and provides the digital sales tools their sales centres use. Headquartered in Austin and jointly owned by Zonda and Homes.com, it sits between builders and buyers in a market where most listing portals were built for existing rather than new homes.
