It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAnalyzes post-market quality data surveillance, provides key insights, and supports quality reporting by performing root cause investigations in a timely manner to meet regulatory requirements, and internal procedural guidelines \nAnalyzes design, process, validation, and test data under minimal supervision \nDevelops solutions to routine problems of limited scope \nInitiates new or revised documentation and tracks through appropriate approval cycles and implementation. \nMaintains a professional working relationship with internal & external personnel and support staff \nRepresents quality engineering functions and participates on cross-functional teams \nConducts testing outlined in protocols and test methods \nFollows company procedures for areas of assigned responsibility \nMay perform other duties as required \nBasic knowledge of standard laboratory practices \nUnderstands fundamentals of technical writing with very strong communication skills, both written and verbal \n\nMinimum requirements\nBachelor's Degree in science, math or engineering \nPhysical Demands:\nThis position is in an office and laboratory environment and requires the incumbent to sit, stand and perform general office functions. \nThe incumbent may also be required to lift up to twenty five pounds occasionally. \nThe incumbent may be required to stand for extended periods of time. \nBending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required. \nWork Environment:\nThe ideal candidate must be able to work in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
