The role reports directlyto theVice President, Integrated Supply Chain for PI and serves as akey contributor in developing manufacturing strategies. This leader also participatesin platform and core teams to help achieve business and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Site Strategy: Provide leadership and strategic direction to support business and operational goals with a zero-loss mindset.

• Safety: Establish and maintain a culture focused on employee safety and continuous improvement.

• People Development: Foster an environment that promotes employee empowerment, development, and engagement. Implement workforce development plans aligned with site strategy.

• Leadership Management: Lead and mentor the plant leadership team. Ensure clear development goals, provide support, and manage organizational changes when required.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and company policies.

• Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure in accordance withregulatory and company requirements.

• EHS Compliance: Promote environmental, health, and safety compliance aligned with legal standards and best practices.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitorfinancial performance, and ensure accurateaccounting and reporting.

• Plant Representation: Represent the Sandy plant in legal, regulatory, and community engagements. Maintain a positive organizational image.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with global supply chain teams to meet production capacity and ensure timelyexecution of projects.

• Quality Management: Ensure products meet quality standards andcustomer requirements. Support audits and ensure timelycompletion of corrective actions (CAPA).

• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as requiredto support business needs.

Supervision

This position is responsible forsupervising a leadershipteam consisting of up to 10 associates. The role primarily focuses on overseeing peopleleaders within the organization rather than directly managing exempt or hourly associates.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field

• Preferred: MBA or Engineering graduate degree

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience (medical device industry preferred)

• At least 8 years in leadership roles, including multi-level management

• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong manufacturing and business knowledge

• Effective communication skills

• Coaching and leadership capabilities

• Sound decision-making and judgment

• Knowledge of regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO, GMP)

• Team-building capability

• Lean or Six Sigma expertise

• Ability to take decisive action

• Ability to adapt to challenges

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
