  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and standards

  • Act as a strategic partner to regional business leaders, proactively identifying opportunities to support growth, efficiency, and innovation

  • Lead and deliver capital projects, including renovations, workplace transformations, and construction fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and manage execution from concept through completion

  • Manage documentation, scheduling, and reporting related to facilities operations and ensure GxP compliance

  • Advance sustainability initiatives by planning and implementing energy efficiency and environmental programs

  • Collaborate closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to maintain safe, compliant, and healthy work environments

  • Partner with Global Procurement to optimize vendor performance and control spend across the facilities portfolio

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supervisory experience of facilities management staff supporting site operations

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and infrastructure

  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

  • Advanced project management expertise, including large-scale capital and construction projects

  • Experience managing complex operational and commercial challenges across diverse environments
