In this role, you will safely transport and deliver materials to customer job sites while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally during customer interactions.\nThis position operates commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) exceeding 26,000 pounds and may require towing trailers exceeding 10,000 pounds.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely operate Class A CDL vehicles to deliver materials to customer locations.\nLoad, secure, transport, and deliver products in accordance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.\nAssist with loading and unloading materials as needed while protecting customer property and company assets.\nVerify delivery orders, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.\nMaintain delivery records, mileage logs, Hours of Service (HOS), and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR).\nProvide outstanding customer service and professionally address customer questions or concerns.\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of assigned equipment and vehicles.\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload materials.\nProcess returns, pickups, and related paperwork when required.\nFollow all company safety policies and attend required safety training and meetings.\nQualifications\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nValid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).\nMinimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience.\nValid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).\nAbility to obtain a DOT Medical Card within five (5) days of request.\nFewer than five moving violations within the past five years.\nBasic math and measurement skills.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.\nPreferred\nTwo (2) or more years of CDL driving experience.\nExperience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.\nBuilding materials, construction, or distribution industry experience.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nWork is performed in a warehouse, manufacturing, or outdoor delivery environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, moving equipment, and other industrial conditions.\nFrequently lift and carry up to 100 pounds.\nOccasionally lift and carry up to 200 pounds with assistance.\nAbility to climb, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform other physical activities throughout the workday.\nAbility to safely enter and exit commercial vehicles and operate vehicle controls for extended
