effectively support the company’s evolving planning model.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead Enterprise Supply Chain Planning\nLead enterprise planning across demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, and MRP, establishing clear processes, governance, standards, and accountability.\nTranslate business strategy, customer demand, and operational constraints into coordinated, executable supply chain plans.\nEstablish planning practices that balance enterprise consistency with legitimate differences across products, markets, and operating models.\nLead S&OP / Integrated Business Planning\nLead and mature the S&OP / Integrated Business Planning process, connecting demand, supply, inventory, operational, and financial perspectives.\nEstablish effective planning reviews that surface gaps, risks, opportunities, scenarios, and trade-offs requiring business decisions.\nPartner with Finance and business leaders to align operational plans with business objectives and drive clear ownership of resulting decisions and actions.\nAdvance Demand & Supply Planning\nStrengthen demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and replenishment practices across the enterprise.\nImprove forecast quality through appropriate statistical, collaborative, segmentation, and exception-based planning methods.\nProactively identify supply constraints, capacity considerations, inventory risks, and planning exceptions requiring cross-functional intervention.\nGovern Inventory, Replenishment & MRP\nEstablish inventory and replenishment strategies that balance product availability, customer service, working capital, and operational requirements.\nProvide business leadership for MRP, replenishment methods, safety stock, service levels, lead times, lot sizing, reorder points, and other critical planning parameters.\nEstablish governance for planning policies, parameters, and master data that materially influence inventory and replenishment outcomes.\nDrive Planning Performance & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish meaningful measures of planning effectiveness and business outcomes, including forecast performance, service, inventory productivity, and replenishment effectiveness.\nUse analytics, exception management, and root-cause analysis to identify systemic performance gaps and improvement opportunities.\nDrive continuous improvement across planning processes, policies, data, organizational capabilities, and ways of working.\nBuild Organizational Capability & Partnership\nLead and develop the Supply Chain Planning organization, strengthening capability, accountability, succession, and professional development.\nBuild strong partnerships across Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Data, and Technology to improve end-to-end decision requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including significant experience in Supply Chain Planning and related disciplines such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, replenishment, MRP, and S&OP / Integrated Business Planning.\nDemonstrated experience leading and developing supply chain planning teams within a complex, multi-location organization.\nDeep practical knowledge of supply chain planning principles, forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, MRP, and planning performance management.\nDemonstrated experience leading or materially contributing to S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes that connect commercial, operational, supply chain, and financial perspectives.\nStrong business and analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex planning information into business implications, trade-offs, recommendations, and decisions.\nDemonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nExperience leading significant planning process, organizational, or operating-model change.\nPreferred Qualifications\nASCM/APICS certification, particularly Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) and/or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).\nAdvanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience leading Supply Chain Planning within a large, complex, multi-location or decentralized operating environment.\nExperience maturing S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nExperience advancing inventory segmentation, replenishment strategies, MRP practices, safety-stock policies, and planning parameter governance.\nExperience leading a significant Supply Chain Planning transformation involving
