The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \n\nHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two (2) years customer service/field service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of Truss Technician Training I and II preferred.\n\nCOMPETENCIES\nKnowledge of company products \nKnowledge of company product pricing, discount and estimating formulas and guidelines\nStrong attention to detail \nKnowledge of basic math and measurement skills \nGood communication and interpersonal skills \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program\nValid Driver’s License\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITY\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
