If you thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver Exceptional Customer Service\nAssist retail customers in person, by phone, and via email.\nAnswer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and returns/exchanges.\nGuide customers in selecting the best products and solutions for their needs.\nBuild positive customer relationships through professional and responsive service.\nDrive Sales Success\nActively promote and sell company products, services, and related solutions.\nPrepare material estimates and project quotes for smaller construction projects, including decks, fences, stairs, and sheds.\nIdentify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and add-on offerings.\nDevelop a strong understanding of company products, pricing, and promotions.\nProcess Orders and Coordinate Deliveries\nEnter customer orders accurately into company systems.\nSchedule and coordinate product deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.\nMonitor order details and follow through on customer requests.\nSupport Yard and Store Operations\nAssist with inventory management, stocking, merchandising, and signage.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nParticipate in customer workshops and educational events.\nResolve routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nSix (6) months of sales, retail, customer service, or related experience;
