In this role, you will perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, maintain SKU data, and support inventory accuracy through reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform scheduled cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical inventory to system records.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes of variances.\nUpdate and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate quantities and costs within the inventory management system.\nCompile and analyze information from shipping and receiving documents, purchase orders, requisitions, contracts, and accounting reports.\nCreate, assign, and maintain SKU numbers while preserving inventory coding standards.\nUpdate SKU master files, including additions, deletions, and modifications as needed.\nGenerate inventory reports and provide findings to management.\nMonitor and resolve inventory issues, including negative inventory balances, stock discrepancies, and out-of-stock situations.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nMinimum of one (1) year of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.\nStrong data entry and record-keeping skills.\nBasic math and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.\nExperience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.\nPreferred\nExperience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.\nKnowledge of
