Through technology modernization, business transformation, and digital innovation, BFS is reimagining how materials are manufactured, moved, sold, and delivered across North America. \nAs part of this transformation, BFS is implementing SAP S/4HANA and modern digital capabilities to create standardized, scalable, and integrated business processes across our enterprise. \nSupporting hundreds of manufacturing, distribution, and operational locations, our technology teams partner closely with the business to modernize critical capabilities spanning planning, production, procurement, warehousing, transportation, sales, delivery, and corporate functions. \nApplication Services plays a key role in this journey by delivering and supporting the systems, integrations, data, and digital capabilities that enable our business to operate efficiently and scale for future growth. \nPosition Summary \nThe IT SAP Workstream Lead – Source to Procure serves as an experienced techno-functional individual contributor responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Source-to-Procure capabilities across Builders FirstSource. \nThis role partners closely with business stakeholders, Business Process Leads (BPLs), process owners, developers, solution architects, system integrators, and support teams to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions aligned to enterprise standards and business objectives. \nThe SAP Workstream Lead provides leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including business process analysis, solution design, configuration strategy, testing, deployment, user adoption, and production support. The role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, helping ensure Source-to-Procure solutions effectively support operational and strategic business goals. \nA primary focus of this role is driving fit-to-standard SAP solutions and business process transformation across sourcing, procurement, supplier management, purchasing, and related Supply Chain capabilities. The SAP Workstream Lead partners across functional and technical teams to help deliver integrated, efficient, and scalable business processes throughout the enterprise. \nThe ideal candidate combines deep sourcing and procurement process knowledge, SAP expertise, business transformation experience, and strong facilitation and collaboration skills with the ability to solve complex business and technology challenges within an integrated enterprise environment. \n\nWhat You’ll Do \nLead Source-to-Procure Business Capabilities \nServe as the primary SAP Workstream Lead for Source-to-Procure capabilities. \nPartner with business stakeholders, Business Process Leads (BPLs), and process owners to define future-state processes. \nLead fit-to-standard workshops and solution design discussions. \nDrive alignment across sourcing, procurement, and supplier-management processes. \nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. \nPromote adoption of SAP best practices and standard capabilities. \nLead SAP Solution Design \nTranslate business requirements into SAP solutions. \nDevelop functional specifications and solution designs. \nSupport configuration strategy and design decisions. \nPartner with developers, architects, and implementation teams. \nEvaluate enhancements and technology improvements. \nSupport solution design reviews and business processes. \nRequired Qualifications \nEducation & Experience \nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \n8+ years of experience supporting SAP, ERP, or enterprise applications. \nExperience supporting Source-to-Procure, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain business processes. \nExperience translating business requirements into SAP solutions. \nExperience leading business process workshops and solution design discussions. \nExperience driving fit-to-standard process and solution adoption. \nExperience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation initiatives. \nExperience coordinating activities across business stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners. \nExperience with system integrations, enterprise application connectivity, or cross-functional process design. \nStrong analytical, facilitation,
