The role leads analysis and solution direction for complex, cross-functional processes spanning all areas of Order to Cash (OTC).\n\nWorking across business, product, engineering, architecture, finance, implementation partners, and third-party providers, this role translates strategic business needs into scalable process and system solutions. The position establishes standards, resolves complex process and integration issues, influences roadmaps and investment decisions, and guides other analysts while promoting consistent, controlled, and supportable solutions across BFS.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as the functional and solution leader for Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems across BFS.\nLead enterprise-wide process analysis, solution design, and business transformation initiatives that span multiple functions, systems, and business units.\nAct as the subject matter expert for OTC business processes, applications, integrations, and technology capabilities.\nBuild strong partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and external partners to drive strategic outcomes.\nFacilitate complex discovery, design, and decision-making sessions to define business capabilities, requirements, future-state processes, and technology solutions.\nTranslate business strategies and operational needs into scalable process, data, integration, and technology solutions.\nEvaluate solution alternatives and provide recommendations that balance business value, customer experience, standardization, risk, scalability, supportability, and total cost of ownership.\nLead the analysis and resolution of complex business, process, data, integration, and production issues across the OTC landscape.\nEnsure solution designs address cross-functional dependencies across order management, pricing, contracts, billing, rebates, finance, procurement, transportation, warehouse, installation, and external applications.\nEstablish and promote best practices for business analysis, solution design, documentation, knowledge management, and requirements traceability.\nLeverage data, operational metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities, influence strategy, and drive continuous improvement.\nDevelop business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic roadmaps that maximize business value and return on investment.\nPartner with product and delivery leaders to shape priorities, release strategies, organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term solution roadmaps.\nCommunicate solution strategies, business impacts, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive, business, and technical audiences.\nMentor and guide analysts while serving as an escalation point for complex functional, process, and solution challenges.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution design, enterprise applications, or business process transformation.\nExperience supporting Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, contracts, billing, rebates, pricing, installation, or related business functions.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, Project Systems, Vistex, or similar enterprise platforms.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and designing solutions that support large-scale business processes.\nExperience translating business needs into requirements, process designs, roadmaps, and technology solutions.\nExperience working with ERP and other enterprise applications, integrations, and reporting platforms.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence decisions, lead through complexity, and mentor other analysts.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with enterprise integrations, APIs, reporting, master data, and workflow solutions.\nExperience supporting construction, installation services, multifamily, project-based sales, or contract management processes.\nRelevant certification in Business Analysis, Agile, SAP, Product Management, or Process Improvement\n\nCOMPETENCIES\nEvaluates Problems: Evaluates and analyzes different types of information objectively to identify appropriate solutions; writes fluently, establishing the key facts clearly and interprets numerical data effectively.\nTechnical Communication/ Presentation: Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.\nAdjusting and Driving Change: Takes a positive approach to tackling work and embraces change; invites feedback relating to performance and deals constructively with criticism.
