The Lead Technical Analyst serves as the primary techno-functional lead for Production & Manufacturing integrations, helping ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient end-to-end business processes across an increasingly connected technology ecosystem.\nThe ideal candidate combines manufacturing process knowledge, SAP expertise, and strong technical and integration skills with the ability to Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5-8 years of experience supporting SAP, ERP, or enterprise applications.\nExperience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or operational business processes.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience with system integrations, interface design, or enterprise application connectivity.\nExperience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation initiatives.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred
