They will ensure high quality customer satisfaction is delivered on behalf of the client.\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nDistribute and review daily schedules: confirming customer names, addresses, routes, and alternative visits.\nEnsure all scheduled appointments are fulfilled by tracking in real-time progress for all visits.\nMake sure the Team has all tools and equipment needed to properly perform the home assessments.\nMeasure and monitor program quality assurance and time management of all assigned crews daily.\nHandle all assigned customer complaints related to field activities.\nCoach, advise, and mentor crews where appropriate.\nMonitor and order inventory for field operations as needed.\nEnsure the Educators enter all relevant data and submit documentation on the day of their visits.\nReview data daily for accuracy, especially data concerning time spent by the Educators.\nMonitor employee scheduling and attendance, ensuring installation goals are met.\nMaking sure the Educators and vehicles are properly insured, up to date on emissions requirements, DOT requirements are satisfied, and the maintenance of the vehicle.\nWork as a consultant as needed.\nPerforms related work as required.\nSUPERVISION\nEnergy Educators\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nTwo (2) years prior supervisory experience\nAble to work in very fast-paced environment and hold to deadlines.\nProblem-solver. Able to respond to diverse set of challenges in the field and do whatever it takes to meet project deliverables on schedule.\nAbility to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, supervision, and customers\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point)\nAble to use mobile devices including laptop computers, notebooks, and PDA’s.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree (Preferred)\nPrior experience in energy efficiency, weatherization, utilities, or home-repair programs\nKnowledge of residential energy audits, inspections, or building-science basics.\nBilingual or multilingual abilities.\nExperience working with low-income communities or environmental justice populations.\nThe above information is intended to describe the most important aspects of the job.
