yet intense and driven enough to immensely affect the business.\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nWe are looking for a highly technical and business-minded Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.\n\nAs a GTM Engineer, you will design automated revenue workflows, integrate our GTM technology stack, leverage AI to improve sales execution, and ensure high-quality data flows seamlessly across commercial systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Build scalable GTM workflows and automation pipelines.\n\n- Automate sales, marketing, and customer success processes.\n\n- Integrate CRM, marketing, and outbound tools using APIs and webhooks.\n\n- Build AI-powered lead qualification and personalization workflows.\n\n- Ensure CRM data quality, lead routing, and enrichment.\n\n- Create dashboards and optimize pipeline performance.\n\n- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- 3 -
