looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Product Analyst to support the growth, optimization, and performance of an AI-powered Commercial Real Estate (CRE) platform.\n\nThis role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, Customer Insights, and Business Strategy.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing product usage, customer behavior, and operational workflows to generate actionable insights that improve user adoption, engagement, automation efficiency, and overall customer experience across AI-driven products.\n\nThe Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams to define KPIs, measure feature performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic product decisions.\n\nExperience working with AI products, AI-powered platforms, or workflow automation systems will be a strong advantage.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Analyze user behavior, customer workflows, and feature adoption across products.\n\n- Build dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring frameworks for product analytics.\n\n- Define, monitor, and improve key product KPIs including User Engagement, Feature Adoption, Customer Retention, Workflow Completion, Automation Utilization and Customer Health Metrics.\n\n- Conduct funnel analysis and identify friction points in user journeys.\n\n- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate the performance of new AI features and releases.\n\n- Design, analyze, and measure A/B tests and product experiments.\n\n- Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and strategic insights.\n\n- Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to identify operational pain points and product improvement opportunities.\n\n- Support product roadmap prioritization using quantitative and qualitative insights.\n\n- Analyze customer feedback, support trends, and usage patterns to improve product experience.\n\n- Create executive-level reporting, presentations, and strategic performance summaries.\n\n- Monitor AI feature adoption, automation performance, and operational efficiency metrics.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n- 2 - 5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, SaaS Analytics, or related domains.\n\n- Strong SQL skills with experience working on relational databases.\n\n- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase, and Hex.\n\n- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap and Segment.\n\n- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\n\n- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional product environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience working with AI products, AI-powered platforms, workflow automation systems, or enterprise SaaS products.\n\n- Exposure to Commercial Real Estate (CRE), PropTech, or operational technology platforms is preferred.\n\n- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical analysis.\n\n- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical modeling.\n\n- Experience analyzing AI adoption, automation efficiency, and product performance metrics.\n\n- Understanding of customer behavior
