Our clients are people who have been injured and are going through a stressful chapter of their lives. Your job is to make every interaction with the firm feel professional, warm, and reassuring, from the first phone call through the life of the case.\nThis role is built for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and naturally good with people. You will work closely with the owner as her right-hand client relationship manager, helping triage client matters, de-escalate difficult situations, and make sure clients feel informed and supported at every step.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nGreet clients and visitors and make sure they feel welcome and comfortable\nAnswer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally\nHandle new client inquiries with care, gather the right information, and connect callers to the appropriate team member\nKeep clients informed with status updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up calls\nSchedule appointments, calls, and meetings for attorneys and staff\nMaintain accurate client contact details and case notes in the firm’s systems\nCoordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers so client questions are answered quickly\nManage front-desk operations, mail, deliveries, and overall office presentation\nAssist with intake paperwork and make sure new clients understand their next steps\nHandle sensitive client situations with discretion, patience, and compassion - including de-escalating upset or anxious clients\nRequirements\nHigh-level customer service experience - backgrounds in luxury hospitality (for example, Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons-caliber service), executive-level guest relations, or comparable high-touch client environments are strongly preferred\nWarm, polished phone and in-person manner\nStrong organization and the ability to juggle calls, scheduling, and follow-ups without dropping details\nClear written and verbal communication\nComfort working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment\nReliable, punctual, and discreet with confidential information\nBilingual ability in Arabic is required given the firm’s client base\nBasic computer skills and a willingness to learn the firm’s case management software\nPersonal injury or law firm experience is a plus but not required - service excellence matters more than legal background\nBenefits\nWhy You’ll Enjoy Working Here\nThe firm has built a respected reputation in Michigan for strong advocacy and client trust.
