In this role, you will support the company’s day to day accounting operations and monthly close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all business processes. You will work closely with the entire finance team, set up and maintain standardized working papers, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to shorten close timelines and increase efficiency and scalability.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport day-to-day accounting operations across all business processes, working closely with the bookkeepers team and overseeing their work. \nSupport the month-end close process, including setting up working papers and reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.\nPerform a comprehensive monthly analytical review of the financial statements, identifying variances and unusual movements, and preparing detailed explanations. \nIdentify and implement process improvements and automation to shorten close timelines and reduce manual work.\nOversee intercompany reconciliations across all entities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of global financial records\nAssist in preparing annual financial reporting packages and regulatory tax filings. \nSupport Israeli statutory and regulatory compliance, including required filings with the Israeli authorities.\nCollaborate closely with the external audit team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely completion of audits.\nSupport management reporting and cross-functional financial analysis.\nAd-Hoc tasks and projects\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting - Must; Big 4 background - required.\n2+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and account reconciliations.\nDirect experience auditing high-tech companies.\nStrong technical knowledge of US GAAP.\nHighly independent, proactive, and self-driven.\nAdvanced Excel, Google Sheets skills and strong analytical capabilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the other team members. \nStrong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExperience with NetSuite - an advantage.\nFluent English - both written and verbal.\nWhy join us?\nBuildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like in this industry.
