for some of Buildots' largest client projects\nLead full platform implementation - from onboarding and training to deep workflow integration\nProactively identify ways to maximize value for the client, making Buildots central to how their teams operate\nPartner with internal project managers to configure the platform around the real complexities of each project\nGather on-the-ground insights from clients and feed them directly to our product team to shape the roadmap\nEnsure your clients don't just use the platform - they succeed with it\nRequirements:\n7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer - you know where the inefficiencies live and have worked on large scale commercial or mission critical construction projects\nSelf-starter who spots a problem, owns it, and solves it without waiting to be told\nEqually comfortable in a hard hat on a job site and presenting to a senior client stakeholder over video\nA fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and communicates complex ideas clearly\nStrong people skills - you leave every interaction, regardless of role or culture, with people feeling good about working with you\nGenuinely excited about what technology can do for the construction industry, not just curious about\nEnergized by travel and being where the work actually happens\nA natural at turning data and
