We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take part in the implementation of these capabilities on construction projects to ensure successful delivery for our customers. This position is about making sure the project and the users within it make the most out of the system, and building upon that success to generate business with the contractor’s future projects.\nAs a CSM MP (Traveling - Texas) at Buildots, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction across various projects in Texas, working closely with teams to optimize project outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers in Texas, ensuring their needs are met.\nCollaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.\nFacilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.\nProvide training and support to customers for optimal product use.\nWhat You'll Do:\n Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects\nLead the relationship with our project champions to ensure they are supported by Buildots, while also being the customer voice among internal delivery pods.\nEfficiently handle onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption of the technology, including training of on-site users\nGain insights from data and the use of the system on projects and feedback to the product team to influence the product’s roadmap and features.\nWork within the customer success team to shape and refine delivery for clients by using expert knowledge. Creating and updating playbooks within the team, ensuring an ongoing legacy of Customer Success Delivery.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n7+ years of construction experience in roles such as Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer;\nOR\nrelevant experience in construction technology, Customer Success Management, AEC consulting, or a related field.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience in the construction or technology industry (Preferred).\nWillingness to travel is required.\nThis is a travel-intensive role requiring approximately 80% travel to construction project sites.
