You'd be joining to take full ownership of our brand-new, three-floor office, manage the reception team, and be the go-to person for our 300 employees, creating a great workplace experience for everyone. This is a maternity leave cover role.\nWhat you’ll do:\nTake full ownership of the three-floor office, including day-to-day operations and facility maintenance\nServe as the go-to person for approximately 300 employees' day-to-day office needs\nManage the reception team to keep daily operations smooth and the office welcoming\nIdentify and implement improvements to office operations, processes, and the workplace environment\nSelect and manage vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and oversee the office operations budget\nManage office setup, swag, and compliance for employee onboarding and offboarding\nPartner with the Employee Experience Manager on engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives such as happy hours, company gifts, and anniversaries\nRequirements:\n2+ years of proven work experience as an Office Manager in a startup or hi-tech environment\nEnergetic, proactive, and team-oriented\nAdaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace\nExperience with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Sheets, workplace management systems)\nExcellent communication skills in English and Hebrew\nWhy join us?\nBuildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we’re moving at a pace that’s redefining what growth looks like in this industry.
