As our company expands into new markets, this role will be critical in ensuring operational efficiency, standardizing processes across regions, and maintaining seamless project execution for both new implementations and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, with experience managing Project Managers and leading business functions through periods of rapid scale. They excel at managing change, optimizing team utilization, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-scaling, international environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nDrive Efficiency & Utilization in the department\nDesign and optimize the structure and workflows of the Project Management function to ensure high efficiency and effective support across different regions.\nDefine and track KPIs to measure the team's performance and operational success.\nForecast project pipeline and assess team capacity needs across different locations, including offshore sites, to ensure the right team size and structure for future demand.\nLead Process Evolution Through Change\nOwn and refine project management processes, adapting them to support evolving business needs and company growth.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Product) to plan smooth execution of customer projects at scale.\nSet the standard for AI-assisted project management across the global team, identify where AI can remove manual work, and turn those into repeatable team practices.\nDrive standardization and scalability in project delivery, while maintaining flexibility for client-specific needs.\nImplement best practices for risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.\nOversee Day-to-Day Production\nManage and mentor a global team of Project Managers, providing guidance on project execution, prioritization, and client management.\nTake overall accountability for the successful execution of projects, ensuring flawless delivery and high customer satisfaction.\nAct as the escalation point for project risks, blockers, and critical decisions.\nRequirements:\n7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations within a SaaS, tech, or ConstructionTech environment.\n1-2 years of leadership experience, managing and developing project management teams.\nProven ability to optimize team efficiency and utilization in a fast-paced, scaling environment.\nExceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.\nExperience leading process transformations and change management within a growing organization.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients.\nHands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting, with a track record of applying them to improve team productivity and process efficiency.\nExperience working in a global environment and managing remote employees and other teams.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.\nProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.\nStrong communication and presentation skills in English.\nBSc in Industrial Engineering, BA in Management, Economics, or a related field - an advantage.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana).\nWhy join us?\nBuildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like in this industry.
