You'll align customer construction schedules with the Buildots Digital Twin while managing and developing a small team involving owning quality, allocating work and acting as the escalation point for complex issues.\nIt's an ideal role for construction professionals looking to move into technology and management while applying their construction expertise. Expect roughly a 50/50 split between management and hands-on schedule work, varying with business needs. The practical side of the role is essential; full training is provided.\nAs a Schedule Integration Specialist & Team Lead you will:\nDevelop a thorough understanding of customer construction schedules as part of Digital Twin design\nAlign schedule activities to the construction activities Buildots tracks\nWork on a wide variety of project types worldwide\nProvide ongoing project maintenance throughout the project lifecycle\nLead, mentor, and develop the team of Schedule Integration Specialists, including regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and career development conversations.\nOwn delivery quality across the team's portfolio through regular reviews and constructive feedback\nAct as the escalation point for complex scheduling, technical, or client issues.\nHire, onboard and train new team members including building training materials and playbooks\nPartner with internal teams to represent the team's needs and surface recurring client pain points\nReport team performance metrics and KPIs to leadership\nRequirements\n4+ years of operational experience in the building construction industry\n2+ years of people management experience, including KPI reporting\nEngineering / Planning / Construction Management degree (or equivalent)\nPractical experience with construction schedules and the fit out work sequences\nStrong interpersonal, organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.\nTechnical Requirements\nTech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office, G Suite and AI tools\nFamiliarity with planning software including MS Project, P6, Powerproject\nWork Arrangement & Salary\nFor London based candidates Buildots has a hybrid working policy\nCandidates from outside of London are welcome to apply and if successful will be fully remote (work from home)\nThis role is only open to candidates residing in the UK.\nWhy join us?\nBuildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like in this industry.
