The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across Central Government, State Government, PSU, Defense, Smart City, Railway, and Enterprise Government projects. The role requires strong relationship management, tendering expertise, and ownership of the complete sales lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Government Business Development\nDrive business development and sales activities for Government & PSU accounts\n\nIdentify and develop opportunities in Central Government, State Government, Defense, Railways, Smart City, and allied sectors\n\n2. Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, System Integrators, consultants, and OEM partners\n\nDevelop strategic account plans and market penetration strategies\n\n3. Sales Lifecycle Management\nManage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, proposal submission, tender participation, negotiation, and closure\n\nCoordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams for solution designing and bid submissions\n\n4. Tender & Procurement Management\nTrack government tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other procurement portals\n\nEnsure compliance with government procurement processes and tender requirements\n\n5.
