This role sits at the intersection of software architecture, AI agent orchestration, platform engineering, and technical governance. The ideal candidate will define architectural standards, design intelligent context systems, and establish frameworks that enable autonomous AI agents to safely refactor, validate, and deploy production-grade software.\nKey Responsibilities:\nModernize legacy monolithic systems into modular, scalable, agent-friendly architectures\n\nDrive phased modernization initiatives using Strangler Pattern and contract-driven development approaches\n\nEstablish architectural principles based on SOLID, Dependency Injection, and Hexagonal Architecture\n\nDesign and manage agent context layers including Skills, Rules, Commands, and AI workflows\n\nDevelop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI-ready integration frameworks\n\nDefine and govern contract-first API strategies across enterprise platforms\n\nReview and govern AI-generated code changes to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability\n\nEstablish Test-Driven Development (TDD) and characterization testing practices\n\nMonitor and optimize AI agent reasoning pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define long-term technical strategy\n\nRequired Skills:\n15+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technical Leadership\n\nStrong expertise in TypeScript, .NET, and Node.js\n\nProven experience modernizing large-scale legacy applications\n\nDeep understanding of distributed systems and modular architecture\n\nStrong experience with API design and contract-first development\n\nKnowledge of AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation\n\nExperience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM tooling, or Agentic AI systems\n\nStrong architectural
