The ideal candidate should have hands-on\nexperience with Jenkins, Terraform, cloud platforms, scripting, and container orchestration technologies\nlike Docker and Kubernetes.\nThe engineer will also support production environments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and\ncontinuously improve deployment processes through automation and monitoring. \nResponsibilities: \nAssist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. \nDeploy applications across multiple environments while ensuring seamless integration with customerinfrastructure.\n\nManage and troubleshoot infrastructure issues while maintaining optimal system performance andsecurity. \n\nAdminister and manage Linux-based environments ensuring high availability and reliability.\nMonitor infrastructure and application performance and implement proactive improvements. \nManage and support microservices-based deployments in production environments.\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to streamline build and deployment workflows. \nDevelop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Groovy for DevOps operations.\nSupport and troubleshoot networking issues including routing, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing. \nDiagnose and resolve performance, environmental, and stability issues in production environments.\nSupport build, release, and deployment processes to maintain stable software environments. \nScale and maintain large business-critical production environments. \nAdapt to changing business requirements and new technologies. \nParticipate in on-call rotations to support deployment and production environments. \nManage end-to-end CI/CD operations including build artifact deployment and integration.\nMaintain documentation for deployment processes, infrastructure configuration, and operationalprocedures. \n\nCollaborate with vendors and technology partners for infrastructure improvements Skills and Qualification: \nStrong understanding of DevOps practices and automation workflows. \nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. \nStrong hands-on experience in Linux environments, with expertise in command-line operations, systemadministration, and shell scripting. \n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. \nExperience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. \nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, firewalls, DNS, and loadbalancing.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills\nProficiency in Python, Bash scripting, or Groovy.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).Strong communication and collaboration skills.
