This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on managing, securing, and optimizing global enterprise network environments across SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco technologies, LAN/WLAN, VPN, and network security platforms.\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with NOC engineers, cross-functional IT teams, and enterprise leadership to ensure network stability, security, and operational excellence across global infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage enterprise network services including Palo Alto Prisma, SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, Firewalls, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP/DNS, and Cisco ISE.\n\nDesign and deploy network solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.\n\nHandle P1/P2 incidents and drive root cause analysis and remediation activities.\n\nCoordinate with L1/L2 NOC engineers and cross-functional technology teams to resolve incidents efficiently.\n\nDrive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.\n\nUtilize AI-driven analytics and monitoring tools to optimize network performance and security posture.\n\nMaintain and manage SD-WAN devices, switches, wireless access points, controllers, Infoblox, and WAN infrastructure.\n\nManage network asset lifecycle including hardware, software licenses, and AMC tracking.\n\nPerform hardware and software upgrades to maintain a secure and optimized network environment.\n\nPlan and govern IP address allocation and maintain network architecture documentation.\n\nTroubleshoot LAN cabling, WAN connectivity, routing, and switching issues.\n\nMonitor enterprise network infrastructure using SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki platforms.\n\nSupport disaster recovery planning and network backup strategies.\n\nEnsure compliance with enterprise Information Security and network governance policies.\n\nRequired Skills:\n3-5 years of experience in Network and Security domain.\n\nHands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma / Next-Generation Firewalls.\n\nStrong knowledge of Cisco SDA and Cisco DNA Center.\n\nExperience managing SD-WAN environments.\n\nExpertise in Cisco ISE for network access control and policy management.\n\nStrong knowledge of firewalls, VPN, NAT, and security policy configurations.\n\nExperience managing LAN/WLAN infrastructure and wireless controllers.\n\nKnowledge of DDI technologies including DHCP, DNS, and Infoblox platforms.\n\nExperience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Meraki.\n\nStrong understanding of Routing & Switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, and Layer 2/3 troubleshooting.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nCertifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSE, PCNSE, or ITIL.\n\nExperience in enterprise-scale global infrastructure environments.\n\nExposure to AI-driven network analytics and automation initiatives.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and incident management skills.\n\nEligibility / Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s
