Experience with BIM and proficiency in Revit MEP will be an\nadded advantage.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign water supply, drainage, sewerage, STP/ETP, and rainwater harvesting\nsystems as per project and regulatory requirements.\nPrepare PHE layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and\nRevit MEP.\nPerform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and pump head calculations.\nCoordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure\nseamless integration.\nEnsure compliance with IS codes, NBC, CPHEEO, and international standards\n(as applicable).\nParticipate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical discussions with\nconsultants and clients.\nPrepare BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.\nAssist in BIM coordination and clash resolution for PHE services.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.\n3-10 years of experience in PHE system design for residential, commercial,\nhealthcare, or industrial projects.\nGood understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and design practices.\nProficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory;
