troubleshooting and debugging skills across performance, scalability, reliability, and production issues.\n\nPrevious experience in a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Lead Architect, or equivalent technical leadership role.\n\nExcellent technical communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.\n\nPreferred Skills / Domain Experience\nExperience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Platforms.\n\nExperience with Cryptocurrency, Stablecoins, Blockchain, or Web3.\n\nStrong experience in Go performance tuning and production debugging.\n\nExposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.\n\nExperience building high-throughput, low-latency, transaction-heavy
