Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer who will be part of the delivery team responsible for executing end-to-end project implementations. The role involves working closely with customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, and seamless transition to support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Deployment

• Lead deployment of Infraon product suite from project kickoff to closure.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.

• Drive project sign-off and collect customer feedback.

2. Project Scope & Planning

• Understand and document project scope, deliverables, and implementation steps.

• Identify risks and proactively plan mitigation strategies.

3. Customer Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment.

• Provide regular updates and ensure alignment on expectations.

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

4. Product Installation & Configuration

• Install and configure Infraon products (IMS, Desk, NCCM, Secura).

• Ensure seamless integration with customer environments.

5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

• Handle customer queries related to deployment and product usage.

• Escalate bugs/issues to the development team when required.

6. User Training & Handover

• Conduct product demos and training sessions for end users.

• Manage UAT sign-off and gather feedback for improvements.

7. Project Reporting & Documentation

• Share regular status reports with stakeholders.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.

8. Additional Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations for deployment and training when required.

• Support organizational goals through successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Network Management Systems (NMS) and Helpdesk tools

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking basics, Linux, and SQL

• Ability to analyze project requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to interact with customers and deliver presentations

• Quick learner with ability to adapt to dynamic environments

• Comfortable working under tight timelines

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: BE (IT/CS) / BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc (Computer Science or related fields)

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

• Work From Office - 5 Days (Bangalore)
