The role involves working closely with customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, and seamless transition to support.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. End-to-End Project Deployment\nLead deployment of Infraon product suite from project kickoff to closure.\n\nEnsure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.\n\nDrive project sign-off and collect customer feedback.\n\n2. Project Scope & Planning\nUnderstand and document project scope, deliverables, and implementation steps.\n\nIdentify risks and proactively plan mitigation strategies.\n\n3. Customer Coordination & Communication\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment.\n\nProvide regular updates and ensure alignment on expectations.\n\nAddress and resolve customer concerns promptly.\n\n4. Product Installation & Configuration\nInstall and configure Infraon products (IMS, Desk, NCCM, Secura).\n\nEnsure seamless integration with customer environments.\n\n5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution\nHandle customer queries related to deployment and product usage.\n\nEscalate bugs/issues to the development team when required.\n\n6. User Training & Handover\nConduct product demos and training sessions for end users.\n\nManage UAT sign-off and gather feedback for improvements.\n\n7. Project Reporting & Documentation\nShare regular status reports with stakeholders.\n\nMaintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.\n\n8.
