Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalableAWS cloud infrastructure.
Manage and automate infrastructure usingTerraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, andArgoCD.
ManageKubernetes and Docker environments and troubleshoot deployments.
Implement monitoring and observability usingPrometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Troubleshoot production issues, performRCA, and improve system reliability and performance.
Automate operational processes usingPython, Go, or Shell scripting.
Work with engineering teams to improve deployment, scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
Support high-availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning initiatives.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
Required Skills
6-9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE.
Strong hands-on experience withAWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Experience withArgoCD / GitOps and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Strong knowledge ofLinux, networking, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
Experience withPrometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Proficiency inPython, Go, or Shell scripting.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and production support experience.
Good understanding ofscalability, high availability, reliability, and distributed systems.
Working knowledge ofPostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
Good understanding ofREST, gRPC, API Gateway, and Load Balancing.
Good to Have
AWS services such asDMS, Glue, Athena, and Redshift.
Experience in aproduct/startup environment.
Exposure to disaster recovery and business continuity.
Production Support
Candidates should be open to providing on-call / 24x7 production support when required and available, particularly during critical incidents or planned maintenance.
