test execution, orchestration, and scheduling across development workflows\n\nContinuously analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure stability and efficiency\n\nManage infrastructure lifecycle activities including updates, upgrades, and security patching\n\nImplement and maintain monitoring solutions to track infrastructure health, system behavior, and application performance\n\nDrive automation initiatives using configuration management tools to streamline provisioning and deployments\n\nDevelop and maintain clear technical of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles\n\nPrior experience leading engineers or managing technical initiatives for at least 2 years\n\nSolid expertise in Linux systems administration and scripting (Shell)\n\nStrong programming experience in Python\n\nHands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack\n\nFamiliarity with container-based ecosystems including tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms\n\nExperience working with monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\n\nGood To Have:\nExposure to C++ development environments\n\nExperience with workload orchestration or job scheduling tools (e.g., Nomad, Slurm, or
