targets\nMonitor team productivity and daily sales performance\nConduct regular team meetings, follow-ups, and performance reviews\nMotivate and guide team members for better business generation\n\nSales & Business Development\nDrive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)\nGenerate new business opportunities through market activities and references\nCoordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and real estate agents for lead generation\nAchieve monthly individual and team sales targets\nCustomer Relationship Management\nUnderstand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products\nEnsure excellent customer service throughout the loan process\nResolve customer queries and issues efficiently\nBuild long-term customer relationships\n\nOperational Coordination\nEnsure smooth loan processing and documentation\nCoordinate with internal teams for approvals and disbursements\nMonitor lead allocation and conversion status\nEnsure timely verification and completion of processes\n\nMIS & Reporting\nMaintain sales reports and team performance data\nTrack lead status, closures, and productivity metrics\nShare regular MIS updates with management\nBasic invoice/billing coordination when required\n\nCandidate Requirements\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans or LAP sales\nExperience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Fintech industry preferred\nPrior team handling experience will be an added advantage\nStrong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills\nGood understanding of secured loan products and lending
