This role requires hands-on scripting, framework development, debugging, and CI/CD integration experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.\n\nBuild scalable and maintainable automation solutions for desktop applications.\n\nIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nAnalyze test failures and perform root cause analysis to identify product versus automation issues.\n\nCollaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders.\n\nImprove automation coverage, efficiency, and overall testing strategy.\n\nDevelop reusable automation components and utilities.\n\nEnsure automation code quality, maintainability, and scalability.\n\nParticipate in test planning, estimation, and quality assurance initiatives.\n\nContinuously evaluate and adopt best practices in test automation.\n\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Test Automation.\n\nStrong programming or scripting experience using JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar languages.\n\nProven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.\n\nHands-on experience with automation tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.\n\nExperience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).\n\nExperience with version control systems such as Git.\n\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\n\nSolid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.\n\nExperience writing maintainable and reusable automation code.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with TestComplete.\n\nExperience automating desktop applications.\n\nKnowledge of WPF application testing.\n\nExperience with keyword-driven and data-driven testing frameworks.\n\nExposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.\n\nExperience working in enterprise software product environments.\n\nEligibility / Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
