As an Enterprise Account Executive within our Lender team, you’ll help executives at top banks, credit unions, and private lenders modernize their portfolios through Built’s AI-driven workflow automation, compliance, and risk-management solutions.\nThis is a highly consultative, analytical sales role designed for professionals who have sold complex solutions or advised financial institutions, and who want to operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy.\nIn This Role, You will:\nOwn and execute the full sales cycle for Enterprise prospects - from discovery and business case development to contract close.\nLead strategic conversations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across lending, operations, and technology.\nConduct rigorous discovery to understand each institution’s portfolio composition, draw-administration process, and operational pain points.\nQuantify Built’s impact through ROI modeling and workflow analysis\nCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align messaging, demo strategy, and post-sale delivery.\nDiligently build and manage pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.\nRepresent Built at industry conferences and client events, strengthening relationships and uncovering new opportunities.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience running full-cycle, consultative enterprise sales or management consulting experience within banking, finance, or capital markets.\nStrong understanding of lending, real estate finance, or construction lending\nDemonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations\nProven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex buying processes\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to simplify complexity for executive audiences\nStrong business acumen and comfort with ROI modeling and analysis\nComfortable working in a high-growth environment\nWillingness to travel as needed up to 25% of the year\nBachelor’s degree required\nBuilt’s salary range for this position is a base of $120,000 - 140,000 USD per year, plus commission. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
