Als Teil dieser starken Gruppe steht die Sanitär Union GmbH mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden und über 25 Auszubildenden für höchste Qualität und echten Teamzusammenhalt in der Metropolregion Nürnberg. Wir betreuen anspruchsvolle Projekte in öffentlichen, gewerblichen und privaten Gebäuden - vom Altbau bis zum modernen Neubau.

Verstärke unser Team am Standort Nürnberg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Projektleiter SHK (m/w/d) in Festanstellung und Vollzeit.

Deine Mission in der Projektleitung:

  • Projektsteuerung: Planung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Sanitär- und Heizungsprojekte.
  • Budgetverantwortung: Vollumfängliche Leitung von Bauvorhaben zwischen 3 und 10 Mio. Euro.
  • Projekt-Mix: Prestigebauten, öffentliche Träger, Gewerbeprojekte und Wohnungsbau.
  • Teamführung: Partnerschaftliche Koordination von internen Teams und Subunternehmern

Das macht dich startklar für uns:

  • Ausbildung/Studium: Techniker / Meister SHK oder Studium Gebäudetechnik / Bauingenieurwesen (m/w/d).
  • Praxis: 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung von SHK-Großprojekten.
  • Skills: Starke Führungskompetenz, Organisationsgeschick und hohes Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Sprachniveau: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) zwingend erforderlich
