Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coderen en verwerken van inkomende facturen en het beantwoorden van vragen van collega’s en externe partijen.\nWat deze functie bijzonder maakt? Je krijgt een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke rol binnen een groeiende organisatie. Als Medewerker Crediteuren ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons team op de financiële administratie en lever je dagelijks een bijdrage aan goed lopende processen. Je signaleert waar en hoe het efficiënter kan en draagt verbeteringen aan. We zoeken vooral een ervaren en betrouwbare collega die zich prettig voelt in een veelzijdige functie en van nature gemakkelijk het voortouw neemt.\nRequirements\nMinimaal 5 jaar ervaring op de financiële administratie.\n\nMinimaal 32 uur beschikbaar\n\nMinimaal HBO denk- en werkniveau\n\nDe taken waar jij je mee bezig houdt lopen uiteen van het opstellen van betaaladvieslijsten tot het opnemen van de telefoon. Het verwerken van uitgaande betalingen in het bankboek, bijhouden van de algemene crediteuren inbox. Verwerken en bijhouden van mutaties in het wagenpark en uiteraard het verwerken van inkomende facturen. Ook het coderen van facturen is een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie. Naast deze repeterende taken houd jij je ook bezig met het proces.
